across six 2-hour sessions we explore the essential exercises in pilates and strength training and how both disciplines can create a foundation for healthy, sustainable movement that supports long-term physical resilience.
the strength sessions are led by vv and focus on squats, hinges, pushes, pulls and carries. the pilates sessions are led by nicole and focus on breath, centering and classical positions.
you’ll work on form, joint positions and tension, so you understand what you are doing in class and why.
in a final 90-minute pilates + strength class, we bring both approaches together and apply what you’ve learned in one continuous session.
you can book the course as a whole, as separate pilates or strength courses, or as single sessions. Free admission for our members (members please send us an email until 31.12.2025 if you want to participate in the workshop). the sessions start at 4 pm.
